Meet our Founder & CEO,
Destiny Pointer
Destiny Pointer founded Arthur-Reese Education Consultancy to redefine what education support should look like: personalised, strategic, and centered on the student.
Raised in Nigeria and now based in the UK, Destiny holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Oxford Brookes University and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Her career includes roles at Ernst & Young, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and AllPoints Fibre, where she advised executives, coached talent, and helped align people strategy with global business goals.
Her lived experience navigating the UK education system, combined with corporate expertise in international mobility has shaped a consultancy model that blends professional rigour with genuine care. Motivated to address the transactional nature of traditional agencies, Destiny built Arthur-Reese to serve families and prospective students who demand excellence, discretion, and outcomes that open doors to the best UK academic institutions.
